I found this to be an intricate and nuanced story. The different lives that intertwine to form this time line of events that leaves you pondering the nature of mankind, machines and the mundane nature of existence.

Hall manages to evoke such incisive thoughts through descriptions of seemingly unremarkable moments. Her ability to wear together a fascinating narrative across each perspective is almost infallible.

I had already purchased another of Hall's works; Trinity, before I had even finished this. I look forward, with great intrigue and anticipation, to reading it.
